Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.

LET’S PRAY

Dear Lord, I pray for insight into my gifts and abilities, and diligence to use them to serve others. Remind me that they come from you, and help me stay humble. Give me faithfulness to stay faithful, even when it’s hard, and patience to trust in your timing and sovereignty. Help me believe in your goodness, even when I can’t see it. Amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

I want to encourage you today to take a closer look at your life and the gifts God has given you. You have a unique ability to make a difference in the world, but it’s not just about you. It’s about serving others and using your gifts to bless those around you. Don’t be fooled into thinking that your success is all about your own hard work and talent. So, as you go about your daily life, pray for insight and revelation about your gifts and abilities. Ask God to help you be diligent and faithful in using them, even when it’s hard or when no one is watching. And when you’re waiting on God’s timing, don’t get discouraged. Instead, pray for patience and trust that God is working everything out for your good. You got this, because God’s got you!
