THE WORD: 1 PETER 5:8
Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
LET’S PRAY
Lord, I refuse to give the enemy a place in my life. I cast my cares on You, trusting in Your care for me. Teach me to be vigilant in my faith, leaning on You and my community. Heal my heart, mend my brokenness, and give me the will to please You. I receive Your goodness, love, power, and strength.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
The enemy is patiently waiting for an opportunity to strike, and he’s not going to come at you on a good day. He’s waiting for those small moments of weakness, when you’re feeling weary or discouraged. Don’t give him a seat at your table! Cast all your cares upon God, for He cares for you. Be sober and vigilant, knowing that the enemy is seeking to devour you. But you are not alone! You are part of a community of believers who are going through similar struggles. Resist the enemy steadfast in the faith, knowing that you are not alone. Set your focus back on God and begin to release your cry to Him. Ask Him to heal your heart, mend your brokenness, and give you the will to do what pleases Him. Receive His goodness, love, power, and strength in your life. Don’t let the enemy win! Stand up and pray, and watch God move in your life!
