Day 151/365 – Building a Foundation of Love

THE WORD: Ephesians 3:17-19

And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

LET’S PRAY

Lord, I pray that You would dwell in my heart through faith, rooting and establishing me in Your love. Help me to grasp the width, length, height, and depth of Your love for me, and may it shift my identity and behavior. May I be still and let You work in me, forming me into Your image. Lead me, even when I don’t have all the answers, and conform me into Your image through my obedience to Your word. Amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Today, I want to encourage you to dig deep and build a foundation of love. It’s not about doing more or trying harder, but about believing in Jesus and being rooted and established in His love. As you pray, ask God to help you comprehend the width, length, height, and depth of His love for you. May this revelation shift your identity and behavior, and may you be still and let God work in you, forming you into His image. Don’t rely on yesterday’s depth; today is a new day to dig deep and experience God’s love in a fresh way. So, take a moment to pray and ask God to help you grasp His love for you. May you be filled with all the fullness of God, and may your obedience to His word conform you into His image. Amen.
