I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them.
LET’S PRAY
Heavenly Father, I come before you with a heart for the nation of Spain. I pray that you guide the youth of Spain, that they may know and experience Your love and presence in their lives. I pray that You bring hope to those trapped in cycles of addiction and other vices, that they may be set free and find joy and purpose in You.
I ask that You reveal Your light and hope to the people of Spain, that they may see Your goodness and turn to You. I pray that You raise up people to intercede for Spain and its future, that Your Kingdom may be established in this land. I pray for a spiritual awakening in Spain, that Your name may be glorified and Your people may be blessed.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Spain has journeyed from dictatorship to democracy, from poverty to prosperity, and embraced religious freedom since the late 1970s. But at what cost? The surge of secularism has eroded moral foundations and brought a rapid decline in spiritual interest. Who will guide Spain’s youth, who are increasingly disconnected from spiritual matters?
The pursuit of material wealth and personal pleasure has fueled issues like prostitution, alcohol abuse, and drug use. How long must they be trapped in these cycles? Meanwhile, gambling addictions, depression, and mental health struggles present significant challenges.
Will you join me in prayer for Spain? Will you ask God to reveal His light and hope to the people of this nation?
