The Lord loves those who hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful followers and rescues them from the power of the wicked.
LET’S PRAY
Lord, help me hate evil and love what is good. Give me wisdom to recognize wickedness and the courage to stand against it. Empower me to live a holy life that reflects your love and shines as a light in the darkness. Amen.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
As you go through this life, you have a choice to make – will you embrace evil or will you stand firm in your love for the Lord? God’s message is clear – hate what is evil and cling to what is good.
The Bible is full of verses that tell us to resist wickedness and keep our hearts aligned with God’s righteous standards. Now is the time to heed this call and be a light in the darkness.
Pray for the strength and understanding to recognise and oppose all forms of evil, so that your life can be a testimony to the transforming power of God’s Spirit.
Let your love for the Lord compel you to hate what is wicked and to live a life that brings glory to His name. Rise up and be a bold and faithful servant of the Most High God.
