How amazing are the deeds of the Lord!
    All who delight in him should ponder them.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Right now, you may feel like you’re just trying to navigate the ups and downs of life. But take a moment to pause and reflect on the amazing deeds of the Lord in your life. Right now! Praise Him with authenticity, thanking Him for His wonderful works and faithfulness towards you, even when things don’t make sense.

So often we can focus on what we are lacking, and feel like we are never where we want to be, but don’t give in to those thoughts and emotions. Don’t just go through the motions! Take time to ponder and reflect on His Word, and may it transform your daily life.

Here’s a key piece of advice: don’t seek joy and contentment in the things of this world, but in Him alone.

And when chaos surrounds you, trust in His sovereignty, knowing that He is never caught off guard.
