DAY 110/365 – PRAYERS FOR BOSNIA

THE WORD: PROVERBS 28:5

Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek the Lord understand all.

LET’S PRAY

Dear Lord, heal Bosnia’s deep-seated wounds of war, and bring true reconciliation and unity to its people. Eradicate the roots of poverty and organized crime, and empower the next generation of leaders to shape a brighter, faith-filled future for their nation. Amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Bosnia’s history is marked by violence and deep divisions among ethnic groups. The country is still recovering from the devastating conflict that took place between 1992 and 1995. Many people have yet to return to their original homes, and while infrastructure can be rebuilt, the deep community wounds remain. Only through God’s grace can true reconciliation and unity be achieved. Bosnia also grapples with poverty and the scourge of organized crime, which must be addressed for the nation to move forward. The younger generation feels disheartened, with more than 60% seeking to leave the country. Let us pray for a new generation of Bosnians who will choose to stay and lead their nation into a hopeful future!
