DAY 113/365 – Unreached Languages

THE WORD: ROMANS 10:14

How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?

LET’S PRAY

Lord, help me to understand the significance of Bible translation, stir my heart to pray for those who don’t have access to Your Word, provide the necessary resources and personnel, raise up skilled workers, and use me to make a difference in this important work.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Will you join me in praying for the millions of people who are missing out on God’s Word because it’s not available in their language? It’s hard to imagine not being able to read or understand the Bible, but that’s the reality for millions around the world. Despite the efforts of missionaries and translators, less than 10% of languages have a complete Bible. Over 4,000 languages still don’t have any Scripture, and many don’t even have a single verse. We need to pray for people with special skills to help with the translation process. We need to pray for the resources and personnel to make this work possible. Will you pray with me for this important work? The lives of millions are depending on it.
