DAY 121/365 – Encountering God as Your Heavenly Father
THE WORD: MATTHEW 7:11
If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
LET’S PRAY
Father, I pray that I would encounter You as my true Father, Provider, Protector, and Giver of good gifts. Give me revelation about who You truly are, beyond my current understanding. May my perception of You as a loving Father increase my ability to receive from You. Help me to open my heart to receive the light of Your Word, allowing faith to arise within me.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
As a child of God, you may be wondering how to truly experience the provision, protection, and blessings that your Heavenly Father offers. Perhaps you have not yet fully understood who God is as a loving Father. Open your heart to receive a deeper understanding of God’s true nature, beyond what you currently know. As you come to see Him as a caring Father, you will be better able to receive His gifts. Read the Bible, allowing its truth to enlighten you and strengthen your faith. Trust that your Heavenly Father wants to give you good things when you ask according to His will. Embark on a journey to know God as your Father, and position yourself to receive all that He has for you.
