For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

LET’S PRAY

Lord, reveal to me my true identity as your beloved creation, made in Christ for good. Empower me to trade the world’s wisdom for the cross’s foolishness, your power to save. Guide me to walk in your truth, exchanging worldly folly for your divine wisdom.

Have you ever felt like you’re walking in circles, trying to find your way to salvation? Today, I want to encourage you to take a step back and consider the truth about your identity. You are not just a product of your own efforts, but you are the workmanship of God, created in Christ Jesus unto good works. You are not just a sinner in need of salvation, but you are a beloved child of God, redeemed and forgiven through faith in Christ. Take a deep breath and let the weight of that truth settle in. You don’t have to earn your salvation or achieve it through your own efforts. It is a gift that God has given to you, and it is available to you right now. So take a moment to rest in the truth about who you are in Christ, and let the peace of God wash over you.
