DAY 78/365 – Empowerment and Justice for Women

THE WORD: PROVERBS 31:8-9

Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.

LET’S PRAY

Lord, we lift our voices in prayer for the women and girls around the world. Grant us the courage to be their shield, the discernment to fight for what is right, and the love to inspire change within our communities. May Your divine light illuminate our path as we work to create a more just and secure future, for all your children.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Our sisters around the world face burdens that weigh heavily on their hearts. Many carry the weight of unfair treatment and even violence, working tirelessly for less recognition. This suffering often goes unseen and unheard, leaving them feeling alone. In war-torn lands like Rwanda and Liberia, the dangers they face are even greater. Millions of girls are denied the chance to learn and grow, their potential locked away by cultural biases. Let us lift them in prayer, seeking God’s strength to empower them, justice to protect them, and a transformation in hearts and minds that values their precious lives. Through our prayers, we can offer hope and be instruments of change.
