DAY 89/365 -God’s Gift vs. Man’s Misconceptions

THE WORD: ACTS 15:8-9
And God, who knows the heart, testified to them by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us, and he made no distinction between us and them, having purified their hearts by faith.
LET’S PRAY
God, clear away any confusion in my heart. Help me recognize Your true gifts of love and healing, not burdens others may have placed on me. Open my heart fully to receive Your constant grace and salvation. Empower me to share Your word faithfully, without adding my own interpretations. Amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
The Bible tells us a powerful truth: God is a giver, not a withholder. He pours out His love and healing freely to all, regardless of background or tradition. The problem lies with human inconsistency. We sometimes create limitations and burdens that God never intended. People can misinterpret scripture or use it to control others. This can lead to feelings of separation and exclusion, which goes against God’s desire for all to be saved. Let’s pray for discernment to recognize God’s true gifts and reject limitations imposed by others. Let’s seek the pure message of the Gospel, free from human additions. Remember, God is a giver, overflowing with love, healing, and salvation for all who believe. Open your heart to receive His gifts today!
