Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment.

LET’S PRAY

Dear God, sometimes I withdraw from others. Help me understand that this can be dangerous, like it says in Proverbs 18:1. I want to make good choices about the people I spend time with. Give me the strength to reach out and make friends with other believers. I want to be part of a supportive group where we can all help each other grow closer to you. Amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Have you ever felt like you’re in a crowd but still lonely? Proverbs 18:1 reminds us that isolating ourselves can warp our perspective.
